Brother Ali - Left In The Deck

Brother Ali announced recently that he was hitting the road w/ Immortal Technique for their War & Peace tour and today they officially pulled out on said tour... What we didn't see comin? Ali lacing us with a new project for the occaision!

"Left In The Deck" is 10 cuts that Ali recorded all over; from basements to hotel rooms and so forth. All tracks are produced by Jake One and contain little to no cosmetic workups.. just the raw shit in demo form..

You may stream in it's entirety below and download after you cop a shirt off Brother Ali... enjoy.

Cover Art: DJ Babu - Konnichiwa Bitches - Babu Loves Japan

Babu goin in on Japanese records, film scores, anime samples and the like?

Maaaaan, get over there and cop it!!

“Several months ago my friends B+ and EC hit me up about doing a mixtape consisting of Japanese records. B, E and myself had all been on ridiculous digging missions together before and they had known that I had lost my mind in Japan a couple times copping Japanese joints… so this idea made perfect sense… this mix contains a lot of tv and movie soundtracks and scores, studiobackground music, anime soundtracks, funk, pop, rock & soul with the common thread being dope funky music! I hope u enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed putting this together!”-Babu
