Single: Termanology ft. Inspectah Deck & Maffew Ragazino - You Ain't Safe

'Ology is back, hypin' his next release; the "G.O.Y.A. LP" (lmao, all my Latinos will get that title) and he's enlisted the help of longtime clansmen Inspectah Deck as well as BK upstart Maffew Ragazino for an ominous banger in "You Ain't Safe"...

Grab ya G.O.Y.A. on 10-8-13....

Single: Sole - WHITENOISE: nomoredystopias

Etherial.. downbeat... the perfect music to accompany my thoughts on a day where rain is falling continuously.

The sounds you hear arranged here are from Sole, AKA Soleone; a cat that's been featured on PHH before (search function ppl) but that I hadn't heard from in a lil' bit.. He's returned with a new beat-type album called "Whitenoise: nomoredystopias" that drops on the 17th... Here's the title cut...

Single: Troy Ave. ft. Prodigy, Noreaga, Raekwon - New York City (prod. by John Scino)

Troy Ave. is getting a rare kinda co-sign here..

NY's young, new bloodline links with three of the area's celebrated veterans of all time and creates a track that mixes some of that new NYC with some of that old, and does so pretty well. Oh, and he takes a shot at Kendrick Lamar for good measure.

Single: Soul Khan Iron Galaxy Freestyle

Soul Khan X a Can Ox beat here for all you freestyle luva luva's... DJ Brace on them cuts too..

Single: J.Nolan - All I Got (prod. by Kuddie Fresh)

This J.Nolan kid keeps proing himself no?

Wais P - Pv$$y Rich

Here it is.. as promised Wais P (The Pimp) has delivered on his promises of getting us this tape on time.. and we're happy to have it..

The proclaimed NY Pimp hits us with his unique brand of misogynistic lyricism, that only a silver-tongued hustler could get away with.

Production features from Domingo, M-Phazes, Drum Gang, Sebb, Pete Twist and J Stratus among others.

Single: Maffew Ragazino ft. Troy Ave. - Box Office Smash

Leaking another track off his upcoming "White Gold" EP, Maffew Ragazino teams up with Troy Ave. for a blockbuster type track..

"Box Office Smash" provides a hustler-braggadocio climate over upbeat hats and a chopped up soul sample from Joe Black and Noyz..

Video/Interview: Maffew Ragazino Talks New Album And Sneakers

One of my fav. new emcees from back east, Maffew Ragazino sits down to politic about his new, upcoming and free album "White Gold" that's due out later this year and about what else? Jordans!

As cool as all that is, best moment of the interview is when Maff talks about his dream of becoming the featured 'Unsigned Hype' in The Source..

Single: Talib Kweli ft. Curren$y & Kendrick Lamar - Push Thru (Marco Polo remix)

Man, what can I say about this except that there's a reason that I have time and again labelled Marco Polo as the new DJ Premier or Large Pro.. man is magical on that MPC..

Here's his very well executed remix version of Talib's "Push Thru" cut that features Spitta alongside Kendrick Lamar goin bar for bar.. Very dope stuff, and dare I say better than the original, and that's sayin a lot considering that the first one is nice...

Audible Doctor - The Winter Tape

Just as well all are gripped in the throws of yet another completely effed up Winter, braving the below zero temps, we get a bit of a  respite in the form of BBAS member Audible Doctor's newest drop, "The Winter Tape", that is only four tracks deep, but provides just what you want..

Featuring emcees Has-Lo, J Nics and Davenport Grimes, you can rest assured the lyrics are taken care of.. Bundle up this Winter and make sure you have this witcha..

Single: Roc Marciano - Belly Belts

Roc Marcy always come off harder than ya shit after eatin a block of cheese... this joint is no different..

Something of note here tho, i guess Roc actually produced this one himself.. nicely done, nicely done..

Single: PremRock ft. Billy Woods & Jeanette Berry - Temptation (prod. by Zilla Rocca)

PremRock returns with the 2nd single from his new and forthcoming LP; "Mark's Wild Years", that is  set to be entirely produced by Zilla Rocca who handles the beat duties here masterfully..

Billy Woods and Jeanette Berry guest here on "Temptation" and make it that much more ill.. .

Single: Wais P - Live My Bars (prod. by Grussle)

Wais P is determined to bring the "pimpin" and reality to his music like no other new cat outta The Apple in quite some time..

Here, over a simply boisterous beat from Grussle, Wais expounds; "I do this shit cause' I'm winnin' / I do this shit for a livin' / I really live my bars / rap about my cars, talk about my broads, you niggas frauds /".

Yup, this is def. one of the better street records to come across my desk all week... If you're with it, prepare yourself for Wais' upcoming "PV$$Y Rich" mixtape due out next month.

Video: Soul Khan - Not Like That

Now just in case you were looking for advice on how NOT to treat the ladies.. well, you may find this new one from BBAS member Soul Khan pretty eye (and ear) opening..

Pay attention young padwons.. to the message contained and to the Internets for when Soul Khan drops his new Psalm EP... that's set for a 12.11.12 release...

The Kid Daytona - Lost Luggage EP

Brand new EP look from The Kid Daytona and the story behind this release is damn good..

The man apparently recovered some luggage that he'd previously thought lost when this past Summer he returned home from Europe only to be informed that his baggage was missing...Not all of it, of course, lol.. the bags with his gear made it back to the states no problem..the one that contained a whole hard drive's worth of music... NOPE.

Time to rejoice though, because the good folks at whatever airline Daytona flew, several month later have returned his bag containing his coveted hard drive.. that's how we get this new EP..

The Kid Daytona - Lost Luggage EP

Single: Chi Ali ft. Fat Joe - Games & Things

It does my heart well to post up a new joint from Chi Ali man... truly been a long time comin' for this man.. and well, I mean, it is what it is.. he did what he did, served his mountain of time and is back out doin what he loves.. can't hate on that..

Along for the ride on "Games & Things" is none other than fellow Bronx native Fat Joe, who melds perfectly with the track.. great stuff here..

Single: Rah Digga ft. Nitty Scott MC - Never Back Down (pod. by M-Phazes)

It's basically becoming a rite of passage for any new, femcee worth her salt to prove so on a track alongside Digga..

If you keep up with the hub bub, than you know Nitty Scott MC is one talked abt chica in the realm of hip-hop these days... I say with this new cut she assisted Digga on, man, she done proved and shown me a lot..

As an added bonus, M-Phazes (good gracious!) is on the beat work...

Audible Doctor - And I Love Her EP

The BBAS crew is at it yet again, doling out a new EP project from one of their prominent producers in Audible Doctor..

The good doctor hits us off with a brand new 6 track instrumental look that is sure to shake up ya bones with that tried and true boom bap set to a lover's theme... enjoy.

Single: The Red Giants ft. Von Pea - What Do I Do

Jermiside and Brickbeats are The Red Giants and for the 3rd leak off their "Supercharged" album that is set to drop soon..

On this track, man, Jerm and Von contemplate that terrible question we all must at some point--what do you do when ya ass is flat out, tapped out mang? Really a quality joint here, with lyrics that I think far too many of us can relate to..
