Mick Boogie Presents... Illadelph Matic: Remixes and Rarities Of Nas And The Roots






















Mick Boogie always laces folks with his tapes...this blend gem is no different..

Can't say that I've ever heard the idea before, but I think it's def. a good one; pairing the sounds of the Legendary Philly collective with that of perhaps the cat who's best come to embody the street poet essence...

This was originally done for that Madden Bowl thing that's going down in connection with the Super Bowl...

The Roots and Nas are two of my favorite performers ever… and have such an amazing catalog of gems the average fan never heard.  This was a great opportunity to put something together for the people to enjoy! 
Nuff said, really. Let’s be honest he had most of us at Nas X The Roots but if you’re still not sold on the concept or are having trouble keeping both Nas and The Roots in your mindframe at the same time, just watch the beautifully designed teaser video (above) and all will be made clear.
