We're receiving word around the net that Chicago artist and emcee Rhymefest  AKA Che Smith was hospitalized today after being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and being at risk of falling into a diabetic coma...

At the present time Fest' is being treated in the ER in Chicago and is expected to be released at some point. This news all came as just as much of  a surprise to Fest' himself who had no previous knowledge that he had the disease....
