Over an entrancing Madlib brew, Brooklyn bred upstart Nino Bless recruits some of the game's best to kick a verse alongside him....The result is pure "Boom Bap Shit"....
the always capable and much slept-on producer/MC Scram Jones makes an appearance that's noteworthy, while Rhymefest and Skyzoo also make a good showing....But who am I kidding right? If your like me, than the reason you tuned in was to see if Ras Kass would spazz out and drop something memorable or at least just hold his own.....LOL, no disrespect to Nino Bless, Skyzoo, Rhymefest and Scram fans....The answer I'm afraid is somewhere in between, but it wasn't a bad showing by any means....
Nino is obviously gaining a lot of traction and this is yet another strong showing that he might be the next up when it comes to prominent Latino MC's in the game...
If you liked this than get ready for a full dose of Nino over Madlib beats--Bless is scheduled to release "The Nomads" mixtape later this month, which boasts a ton of ill features and has nothing other than Madlib production......
