In a carelessy violent situation that occurred this past weekend, nine people were shot outside of a KMEL sponsered concert at The Regency Ballroom Center in San Francisco, CA.
At 10:30 on Sunday night 106.1 KMEL station's "House Of Soul" concert was wrapping up when a fight broke out and a lone gunmen described to be a black male in his 30's, wearing a white shirt and baseball cap started firing a weapon and hit 9 bystanders in their lower extremities. He fled on foot and so far authorities have yet to apprehend him. They have specified however that the shooting itself doesn't seem to be connected to or stem from anything that happened at the concert itself.
