Rapper Mike Beck who was best known as a member of Pistol Pete's group/movement K.A.R. (Kill All Rats) who were loosely affiliated with Fat Joe was shot to death in the East New York section of Brooklyn on Bellmar Street.
At this time authorities are speculating that the shooting could have been a robbery attempt gone bad, but have not yet arrested a suspect.
Beck leaves behind a young son.
