Ras Kass - The Endangered Lyricist

Now this is a project/website that I can get behind...

In hopes of maybe spurring the minds of some of these kids out here who've never heard "Nature Of The Threat" and still claim to be fans of Razzy's music or true Hip-hoppers, SaveTheRassKass.com has released the completely free tape titled "The Endangered Lyricist", which is exactly what Ras Kass and other MC's of his ilk are.

Being systematically pushed out of a game they helped shape, thoughtful, conscious and supremely skilled wordsmiths like Ras are being seen less and less these days if at all...That's a problem people. To "Raise Awareness" about this shortage of worthwhile artists in the game the good people at SaveTheRassKass.com compiled some damn near all of Razzy's defining moments on the mic for a free mix. The results are a staggeringly high bar of lyricism and weighty material balled into a Hip-Hop presentation....AKA the standard that should've remained intact, but for some reason did not.

C'mon Hip-Hop, lets fight the good fight.
