Update: Shyne Remains In Prison, Possibly Facing Deportation

Contrary to my earlier post and reports around the web MTV and XXL mag are now reporting that Jamal "Shyne" Barrow AKA Moses Leviy is in fact not a free man today and is being detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs.

If you didn't know Shyne was born in Belize and is the eldest son of the Caribbean country's current prime minister, Dean Barrow. Apparently these facts have led to his status as an American to come into question and as of right now he is being held in a correctional facility in Western New York state waiting on a decision regarding deportation to be made.
