Video: Royce Da 5'9" - Count For Nothin'

Nickel Nine hits us with a manic new vid for "Count For Nothin'", a horn filled banger off his upcoming LP "Street Hop"....

This upbeat and creative jaunt directed by Court Dunn and produced by Street Runner is done in a three way split screen, two of which are black and white picture and one in color. Don't know if I've ever seen that type of effect before, but it was semi-entertaining. The footage isn't really too enthralling, just looked like random shots of Royce running around a city, doing a photo shoot and in the back of a car. Sort of like he wanted to show people a day in the life preparing for the release of his new LP, which I'm told is actually pretty ill.

Solid work here, not a ground breaking or anything, but just a smart visual coupled with a nice song...a good momemtum builder...

"Street Hop" drops on the 20th....
