Who else watched the President "outline" his strategy for the Afghanistan war last night and was left with more questions than answers?
*raises hand*
In light of these recent developments in which Obama somehow plans to quickly send in some 30,000 soldiers by this Summer and then start withdrawing them by 2011, I thought it might be a good idea to see what Mumia Abu-Jamal, one of the most candid political thinkers I've ever heard, thought about this situation. Not surprisingly Mumia, ever the accurate historian drew many inferences between our troubles in Iraq and Afghanistan to those of past wars....
Sadly Mumia is right...War to America is nothing but big business that involves toy politicians being awfully cavalier with other people's kids.
