Over the weekend Philly MC Beanie Sigel was involved in a car accident in Baltimore. As the east coast suffered one of it's worst snowstorms in years the driving conditions were terrible all over the Atlantic coast.
Apparently Sigel was riding shotgun in his vehicle when it was side swiped by a tractor trailor, causing it to careen off the road and crash. It was reported that Sigel did sustain some injuries but specifics weren't available.
