News: Chris Henry Dies A Day After Dispute With Fiancee

In some staggeringly saddening news out of Charlotte, NC today, Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry passed away at 6:36 AM this morning after sustaining life threatening injuries following a "domestic dispute" with his fiancee yesterday.

Apparently Henry fell out of the back of a pickup truck as he tried jumping onto it as his fiancee Loleini Tonga was driving away. He would later be found on a residential road and then rushed to the hospital where he would eventually pass on from his injuries...

Henry spent a large portion of his young NFL career embattled and had been arrested 5 times off the field and suspended for 14 games, which led to his release in 2008. The Bengals would bring him back on this year despite his shortcomings and Henry responded mightily. Posting up good numbers and keeping his nose clean before he broke his arm in a game against Baltimore, Henry had successfully started turning his life around for the better when this tragedy struck.

Chris was 26 years old and leaves behind 3 young children.
