The other shoe has dropped in The Dark Man's latest case and an Arizona judge has sentenced him to serve 6 months in county jail...

The only way that X might escape the skid bid is if he's admitted to a rehab facility. Famed celebrity physician Dr. Drew Pinsky submitted a letter to the judge asking that X come on his reality show and boost the ratings "be admitted to the Pasadena Rehab center where his VH1 Celebrity Rehab show is filmed."

The judge was said to be somewhat receptive to the idea, but made no decision as of yet.
