News: DMX Arrested For Violation Of His Probation

Got damnit X, I really thought there was some hope that you was being sincere about turning things around in 2010...

In some news sadder than D'Angelo's latest case, rapper DMX AKA Earl Simmons was arrested earlier today in Arizona...

The specific charges weren't disclosed but judging by these statements from his lawyer, Gary Jenkins, I'd be willing to wager that it was drug related;

"He's been battling addiction for some time and he's in need of treatment....we're hoping that maybe Dr. Drew might be able to help him."

How about pumpin' ya breaks on trying to get X hooked up with a spot on the next Celebrity Rehab season and try focusing on keeping him outta jail for the night, or hey, maybe away from places/people that are gonna be doin friggin' drugs...

X subsequently has been booked on five counts of probation violation and is being held without bond.
