Made up of Artist's from the D.C., Virginia and Maryland area's (DMV), the crew demonstrates time and again that they are at the forefront of good underground Hip-Hop....

Consisting of, but not limited to Roddy Rod, Kev Brown, Kenn Starr, Cy Young, I.Q., Oddisee, Kaimbr, Sean Born, Critically Acclaimed and DJ Marshall Law, the Low Budget clique is a formidable presence in the Atlantic Coast Hip-Hop scene...I just barely got up on Oddisee and Kev Brown a couple years ago and I began to tap the considerable efforts of Roddy Rod awhile back too and I feel silly for not seeking their music out earlier....These cats make the type of music that will eventually be tasked with saving Hip-Hop....

Long story short I wish everyone would take the time to get acquainted with these cats. They bring authentic Hip-Hop to the table and most of them are dually and triplly talented, taking on roles as DJ/MC/producer's.

Containing both new and old tracks this is a virtual smorgasboard of the crew's legions of works that are already floating around and what has been collecting dust in the vaults....Also Be sure to peep out some of the new goodies from Kev Brown and Kaimbr's new concept-collabo the "Al Green Project" that are contained here...I'm real excited for that new project, knowing those two it will contend for some lofty titles.
