Sounds like PR is continuing to explore and master that MPC man....While we all wish the legendary beatsmith would un-earth his trusty old SP-1200, we also can't deny this joint is pretty crafty in it's arrangement, even though this can't be the first time you've heard this particular sample flipped...
"Heart & Soul" is a sturdy effort, maybe even a semi-anthem for NY cats as the Summer heat beats down mercilessly on them in the 718.....
Red Cafe contributes some pretty standard "I'm from NY and proud" verses, nothing too ear catching on here though I'm afraid, but he gets the job done....I liked the line about Pun....
