Killah Priest - I Killed The Devil Last Night Mixtape

Well, it's back to work after a rather lackluster 4th of July...

Today we got a new mixtape from Killah Priest that much like his last effort "The Untold Story Of Walter Reed", is more reminiscent of a street album rather than a mixtape...

Never one to come with a sparse offering, Priest jam packs this tape with 27 carefully crafted tracks. His unmistakable style, that fuses dense historical references with hardcore street imagery is once again on it's full and tapered display for "I Killed The Devil Last Night". After I heard "The Untold Story Of Walter Reed" I knew it would be a challenge for Priest to out do himself on his next mixtape...A few months and a retail album later the prominent Wu-Tang affiliate has done just that. Featuring freestyles as well as original material Priest puts a strong foot forward.
