Coming at you with a brand new and completely free download of a heap of beats from over the past 5 years is none other than the Sound Scientists of Adult Swim fame....

Comprised of Trioptic, Smoothbeatz and Polygrafic the trio now collectively resides in Orlando, Fla and has decided to generously let go of a very nice collection of instrumentals that are extremely diverse and interesting....

Their background is unique; Trioptic and Smooth met up while they both were in the military and stationed in Texas...They would eventually link with Polygrafic, who was the final element of their team....

Between them all they know how to mess with just about every prominent drum machine, sampler and keyboard in the Hip-Hop world of production....From the MPC 2000 XL (that's sketched in the illest way imaginable on the tracklisting art) and the SP-1200 to the Triton and ASR keyboards they have it covered. Not really a surprise considering how diverse the beats can get on here....

Make sure to pick this up, some of the stuff on here is pure magic...My favorite beat has to be that "Midi In/Out"...It displays a masterful control of the "noise" as well as some of the dirtiest drums I done heard in a long time.....A real inspiration here...I'mma go bang on my MPC right now....
