Video: Mayer Hawthorne - I Wish It Would Rain
New vid from Ann Arbor, Michigan native and Stones Throw Records artist DJ Haircut Mayer Hawthorne...
Pretty cool premise...I know I've felt like a rain cloud has just stalked me wherever I went a time or two in my life. Despite the cool idea for the visuals, I think the real story is simply Mayer's music. I don't think I've ever bumped a modern Soul LP more than "A Strange Arrangement"...I'm officially dubbing that bad boy a classic...
